Temporary car parking closing

Solum, the joint venture between Network Rail and Kier Property, responsible for delivering the regeneration of Guildford station, has announced that from 4th December, Guildford station long stay car park will be closed to allow the next stage of work to progress.

Car park users are encouraged to also use the Farnham Road public car park. The premium parking area, directly outside the station, and which includes the station’s accessible bays, is unaffected and remains open.

A multi-storey 320 car park, which will replace the surface parking, is under construction. This will increase parking capacity at the station and is due to open late spring 2026.

We apologise for the disruption caused by this work, which will deliver around £25million of station and community improvement works.
